Biography
Asil Argun was born in Antalya in 1993. He developed an interest in visual arts through graffiti during his high school years; over time, he has produced work in painting, drawing, digital art, and tattooing. In 2011, he entered the Animation Department of the Faculty of Fine Arts at Kütahya Dumlupınar University and graduated with honors in 2015. He has presented his interdisciplinary works in various group exhibitions. Two of his oil paintings were selected for the final round of the 2017 Art Revolution Taipei Grand Prize Competition. The artist, who has participated in exhibitions and art events in Turkey and Taiwan, continues his work in his studio in Antalya.
