Scope
This website publishes the gallery archive of artists, artworks, exhibitions, calendar items and media. The current v2 website does not provide visitor accounts, online checkout or payment-card collection.
Data we process
If you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, subject, message, selected language and submission time. Hosting and security infrastructure may also process limited technical logs such as IP address and request time for security.
Purposes
We use data to answer enquiries, organise artwork/exhibition/visit requests, protect the service, comply with legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims. We do not use the current website for unnecessary marketing profiling or solely automated decisions.
Sharing and international services
Data may be shared only where necessary with hosting/security providers or legally authorised public bodies. Google Maps connects to Google only after you choose to load a map.
Retention
Records are kept only for as long as reasonably required by the enquiry, business relationship, statutory duties and applicable limitation periods.
