Biography
Born in Sheky, Azerbaijan in 1955, he studied at Baku University of Arts from 1971 to 1975. From 1975 to 1980, he completed his studies in the Monumental Painting Department of the Byelorussian Theatre and Fine Arts Faculty. He began participating in exhibitions in 1978. The artist has held numerous solo exhibitions and participated in group exhibitions and biennials. A member of the Union of Soviet Artists since 1984, Resuloglu worked as a lecturer in the Painting Department of the Faculty of Fine Arts at Akdeniz University for five years. Since 2005, he has continued to work independently on new projects.
