Biography
Born in Istanbul in 1959, he completed his undergraduate studies in Graphic Design at the Sarajevo Academy of Fine Arts in 1985. In 1987, he conducted research on printmaking techniques at the Munich Academy of Fine Arts (ABDK München) and studied sculpture at the Sir Eduardo Paolozzi Workshop. He received his Master's degree in Graphic Design from Mimar Sinan University Faculty of Fine Arts in 1990 and his Proficiency in Art degree in 1992. He became an associate professor in 1999 and a professor in 2005. Between 2005 and 2017, he served as the head of the Graphic Design Department at MSGSÜ Faculty of Fine Arts. He exhibited printmaking works at IMOGA in 2007 and 2018. He is the founder of ESTV - Emre Senan Design Foundation and a member of GMK - Graphic Designers Professional Organization. His works have been featured in numerous publications, exhibitions, collections, and museums worldwide; he has given seminars, directed projects, and served on juries. She has published articles on professional topics. She has won 11 international awards. She speaks Italian, English, Serbian, and Latin. She has one daughter.
