Biography
Born in Şenkaya in 1962, she graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Painting in 1986. In 1987, she was appointed as a Research Assistant in the Department of Painting at Marmara University, Faculty of Fine Arts. In 1993, she completed her Proficiency in Art thesis entitled "Psychological Perception in the Artist's Personality" at Marmara University, Institute of Social Sciences. From 1996-1997, she conducted research in the USA on "The Art Market and the Functioning of Art Institutions." She currently works as a faculty member in the Department of Painting at Marmara University, Faculty of Fine Arts. She has held numerous solo exhibitions both in Turkey and abroad, participated in group exhibitions both domestically and internationally, and her works are included in private collections. The artist has many published articles.
