Biography
Born in Trabzon in 1968, he received his undergraduate degree in Economics from Boğaziçi University in 1991 and simultaneously completed specialized training in "strategic marketing management" through courses he took in the Business Administration Department. Between 1991 and 1997, he worked as a senior executive in marketing for international companies operating in various sectors. In 1997, he completed his master's degree at Marmara University, Faculty of Fine Arts, with a thesis on "Art Management and Administration". Subsequently, he taught courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels in the field of "Cultural Policies and Art Management" at various universities. He also prepared master's programs in the same field. Between 2000 and 2005, he worked as a senior executive in the advertising sector, and during the same period, he served as the editor-in-chief of AKADEMİST, a periodical focusing on culture and arts. In 2004, he actively participated in the establishment of IMOGA (Istanbul Graphic Arts Museum), where he is currently a Board Member, and took part in various domestic and international projects. Until 2011, he continued teaching in his field at Işık University, Faculty of Fine Arts. Between 2015 and 2024, he worked as the Director of Milli Reasürans Art Gallery. Since 1993, he has been creating prints at Çamlıca Art House and IMOGA.
