Biography
Nida Olçar (b. 1981, Kütahya) is a Turkish ceramic artist. The daughter of ceramic master Sıtkı Olçar, she has continued the traditional ceramic art she learned from her father, while also introducing original designs and techniques to the field. Olçar creates ceramic fountains, Keşkül-ü Fukara bowls, and works using mosaic techniques. In 2015, she was awarded the title of "Artist" by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
