Biography
Rasin Arsebük (1923–2017) was a painter and lawyer. Born in Istanbul in 1923, he graduated from Galatasaray High School in 1944 and Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1948. He received art education during his time in France and later abandoned his legal profession to pursue painting.
