Biography
He was born in Baku in 1956. He graduated from Azerbaijan State University of Fine Arts in 1982-1987. Until 1993, he worked as a lecturer in the Painting Department of Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University. He is a member of the Union of Former Soviet Artists and the UNESCO Society of Plastic Arts. His works are in private collections in America, Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Japan, and Russia. He is a two-time recipient of the Yunus Emre Painting Award and the International Chingiz Aitmatov Award.
