Current architecture
The website and primary database are hosted in Türkiye. Because Article 18(5) of Russian Federal Law 152-FZ imposes localisation requirements for collection of Russian citizens’ personal data, the Russian-language web contact form is disabled by default.
Before enabling collection
A Russian-targeted form should not be enabled until primary recording/systematisation/storage in Russia and other notification/transfer requirements have been legally and technically verified.
Informational Russian content
Russian-language artist, artwork, exhibition and archive pages remain informational. Necessary infrastructure/security logs require their own legal assessment.
Status
This notice does not claim that a Russian local database has been established. Targeted online collection should undergo Russian-law review before activation.
